Enterprise Account Executive
The Enterprise Account Executive develops territory sales strategies, wins net-new enterprise customers, and expands accounts by engaging technical and executive stakeholders. Candidates need at least three years of quota-carrying field sales experience, strong enterprise technology selling skills, and Catalan fluency.

Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a sales strategy within an assigned territory to drive revenue growth and acquire new customers.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline.
- Prospect strategically into CTOs, engineering and IT leaders, and technical end users.
- Build strong relationships that create growth opportunities.
- Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with enterprise ecosystem and channel partners to maximize deal sizes.
- Participate in sales enablement training, including Sales Bootcamp, sales methodology training, and leadership and development programs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of field, quota-carrying sales experience in a fast-paced and competitive market.
- Experience closing net-new logos and expanding accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and sell horizontally across multiple business units.
- Proven track record of overachievement and meeting sales targets.
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Experience co-selling with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, as well as large global systems integrators such as Accenture and KPMG.
- Skilled at building business champions.
- Driven, competitive, and motivated to succeed.
- Must live in the territory and speak Catalan.

- Passion for developing a career in the software and database market.
- Previous sales methodology training, such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
- Familiarity with databases, development, and cloud-native infrastructure.
