Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of new-business sales professionals focused on the enterprise segment.
  • Develop the team’s long-term vision and strategy and manage day-to-day operations against key sales metrics.
  • Drive revenue growth and new client acquisition.
  • Coach the team in consultative and solution-based selling throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
  • Support team members’ career development and performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shape products and solutions around customer needs.
  • Work with Product and Sales teams across the United States, EMEA, and AMER.
  • Participate in industry events to increase market awareness.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience.
  • 3+ years of people-management experience.
  • Experience leading sales in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Experience hiring, training, and coaching high-performing sales teams.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships with executives and industry thought leaders.
  • Passion for scaling new technology businesses.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in industry- and business-relevant terms.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience at a growth-stage internet or software company.
  • Experience leading a team in an international office of a United States-headquartered company.
  • Payments-industry experience.
