AI Deployment Engineer
Leads strategic customer engagements to identify, prototype, and deploy Generative AI applications from roadmap through production. The role requires 6+ years of technical consulting or equivalent experience, strong stakeholder communication, AI implementation expertise, and Python or JavaScript experience.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead and thought partner for strategic platform customers, ideating and building applications on the API.
- Work with senior customer stakeholders to identify high-value Generative AI applications and build a qualified backlog supporting their AI roadmap.
- Build hands-on prototypes and provide strategic guidance to accelerate customer time to value.
- Manage relationships with customer leadership and stakeholders to support successful application deployment and scale.
- Contribute to open-source developer and enterprise resources.
- Scale the Solutions Architect function by sharing knowledge, codifying best practices, and publishing notebooks to internal and external repositories.
- Validate, synthesize, and deliver feedback to Product and Research teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical consulting or equivalent experience bridging technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business and technical topics for diverse audiences.
- Experience leading complex implementations of Generative AI or traditional machine-learning solutions.
- Knowledge of network and cloud architecture.
- Industry experience with Python or JavaScript.
- Ability to own problems end-to-end and learn unfamiliar subject matter as needed.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively.
