Administers global sales compensation plans, commissions, accruals, and related systems while partnering with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and Business Systems. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities
- Administer MongoDB’s Global Sales Compensation Plan in Xactly Incent, including electronic distribution and acceptance tracking.
- Calculate compensation plans accurately, completely, and in compliance with company policy.
- Partner with Sales Operations and Sales Finance to maintain and deploy worldwide annual compensation plans on schedule.
- Identify opportunities to improve commissions processes and workflows.
- Support and test the design and implementation of sales compensation plans, policies, and process changes.
- Provide support to sales customers and resolve commission cases and exceptions promptly.
- Work cross-functionally with Business Systems and other partners to scale commissions processes and systems.
- Train new and existing sales representatives and managers on Xactly software and commission processes.
- Work with Human Resources and Sales Operations to track employee-data changes, including hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and retroactive changes.
- Prepare and post monthly sales commission and bonus accruals and payments on time.
- Gather commission data and prepare reports and analyses for ad hoc projects.
- Develop and maintain written process documentation for compensation administration.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid working model for candidates based in Gurugram.
- Night shift: 6:00 PM–2:00 AM.
