Responsibilities
- Review and validate Deal Registrations for program compliance, troubleshoot submission issues, and respond to partner inquiries.
- Coordinate with Partner Account Managers, Deal Desk, and Order Management to move purchase orders and quotes through the pipeline accurately and on time.
- Maintain customer and partner data in Salesforce and partner portals; audit, validate, and manage accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Support internal and external partners through Slack and email by explaining transactional statuses, quoting procedures, and workflows.
- Participate in team development and feedback activities while managing high-volume, cross-regional workflows and rotational shifts.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in partner operations, channel operations, or SaaS partner programs.
- Strong empathy, active listening, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Demonstrated ownership, accuracy, follow-through, and commitment to data integrity.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and remain adaptable and calm in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and Partner Relationship Management platforms such as Impartner.
- Familiarity with Conga/Apptus and DocuSign.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Tableau or comparable reporting and data visualization tools.
