Staff Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex, high-performance features using React and TypeScript.
• Architect and optimize high-performance server-side logic and robust data models using Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL for reliable and efficient identity services.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, UX researchers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into effective full-stack solutions.
• Write clean, modular, well-tested, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
• Contribute to frontend architecture and its long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate current trends, technologies, tools, and approaches in full-stack development.
• Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional full-stack development experience building complex web applications.
• Deep expertise in React, including core principles, hooks, component lifecycle, and state management.
• Extensive experience scaling enterprise backend applications with Java and Spring Boot, including API security and database performance tuning.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Webpack, Babel, Vite, and Yarn.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, including data modeling and query optimization.
• Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright, with a commitment to comprehensive testing.
• Strong understanding of Git.
• Experience with responsive design and accessible web interfaces.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Understanding of identity and access management protocols and architecture, including FIDO, U2F, WebAuthn, SSO, SAML, OAuth, and federation.
• Contributions to open-source projects.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
