Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated reporting workflows across tools including BigQuery, Matik, Clay, and Gong.
- Design and develop data models and robust data pipelines.
- Collaborate with sales and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure reporting solutions align with measurable business objectives, including improving Account Manager efficiency.
- Define and implement best-practice tool usage and reporting governance with Product Owners.
- Identify and resolve data-quality issues to maintain reliable data foundations.
- Advocate for technologies and processes that improve the data platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, data engineering, or a related field.
- Strong SQL and relational database experience, including complex, performant queries and query optimization.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python or Go, for building data pipelines and automation.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to diagnose root causes, evaluate tradeoffs, and structure ambiguous problems into clear recommendations and data-driven solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical builders and business stakeholders.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in digital advertising.
- Experience in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments requiring judgment, prioritization, and initiative.
- Familiarity with sales technology, workflow automation, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $167,500–$234,500 USD.
- Equity in the form of restricted stock units; select positions may also be eligible for commission.
