Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect platform and marketplace accounts to build awareness of Parafin and embedded fintech.
- Initiate outbound messaging and present Parafin’s offerings to external commercial and product teams.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing using a consultative sales approach.
- Negotiate and structure platform agreements in collaboration with GTM leadership and legal.
- Partner with internal and external cross-functional teams on operational and strategic initiatives.
- Help create the GTM sales motion and establish best practices for supporting prospects throughout the sales journey.
- Develop a strong understanding of Parafin’s products and value proposition.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in fintech, with a record of top performance.
- Experience selling to and building relationships with complex platforms and marketplaces while growing and managing a sales pipeline.
- Strong understanding of business models and strategies in SaaS platforms and marketplaces.
- Ability to conduct consultative sales processes and analyze and present data.
- Technical fluency and ability to work with product and engineering teams to meet partners’ technical needs.
- Ability to operate effectively in a highly ambiguous environment.
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset and motivation to help grow small businesses.

Compensation and Benefits
- $250,000–$370,000 OTE total compensation; compensation is uncapped and may exceed this range.
