Responsibilities
- Build relationships with general partners, operating partners, and value creation teams at private equity firms active in home services.
- Understand each firm’s priorities and connect them to Broccoli’s portfolio value, converting conversations into qualified opportunities.
- Partner with the CEO on high-stakes private equity relationships, including preparation, messaging, and follow-through.
- Develop and tailor the value creation narrative around EBITDA impact, ROI, and operational transformation.
- Set the company’s conference, summit, dinner, and gathering strategy and help execute those events.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
- Analytical rigor, commercial judgment, and executive credibility with GPs, operating partners, and portfolio leaders.
- Relationship-oriented approach and ability to build networks through events, introductions, professional circles, and outreach.
- Exceptional academic and professional track record.
- Ability to translate operational data into compelling EBITDA narratives for CFOs and private equity partners.
- Strong executive presence and confidence engaging senior leaders.
- Sound judgment in prioritizing firms, relationships, and markets.
- Comfort creating structure in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
