Creates clear documentation, tutorials, API guides, and training materials for platform and data products. The role requires technical writing experience, stakeholder management, documentation testing, structured-content proficiency, and the ability to explain complex concepts to both HR users and software engineers.

Responsibilities
- Create user documentation, migration guides, reference material, and tutorials for platform and data offerings.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to identify and close knowledge gaps and improve self-service.
- Apply structured content principles and single-source information for different locations and audiences, including AI-assisted experiences.
- Review, edit, and publish AI-assisted contributor content to meet style and quality standards.
- Contribute product and content expertise to training materials, including videos, system diagrams, infographics, and hands-on exercises.
- Create and maintain developer-focused content, including API guides and developer tool guides.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and participate in brainstorming sessions to drive content innovation and strategy.
- Review success metrics across content delivery methods.
- Promote the Help Center and encourage teams to contribute knowledge-base content.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience creating technical product documentation for a complex, data-centric platform or product suite.
- Documentation samples are required.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Experience testing product functionality and documentation for technical accuracy.
- Proficiency writing structured content using variables and metadata to deliver context-sensitive material to distinct audiences.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills, with clear, succinct, and logical content.
- Grit, curiosity, customer empathy, and strong collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS platforms and tools related to data engineering, data architectures, data connectors, and data ingestion methods such as ELT and ETL.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems.
- Experience testing APIs and integration installation flows.
