Training and Tech Pubs Intern
Supports the Training and Education team by updating screen-recorded training videos for VestmarkONE’s redesigned interface. The internship suits an undergraduate with video-editing experience, strong attention to detail, and an interest in instructional design or education technology.

Responsibilities
- Review the existing VestmarkONE (PTE) training video library and identify videos requiring updates due to user-interface changes.
- Re-record and re-edit short-form training videos in the updated PTE Vogue environment, matching the tone, pacing, and structure of the existing PTE Online Help video library.
- Use screen-capture and video-editing tools to create polished, consistent videos, including trimming, callouts and annotations, voiceover synchronization, and captions.
- Work with the Training team to prioritize updates based on product-area priorities and upcoming client UI upgrades.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, preferably in Communications, Film/Media Production, Instructional Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic experience with screen-recording and video-editing software, such as Camtasia or similar tools.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, consistent, professional video content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow structured scripts or outlines and take direction from subject-matter experts.
Nice-to-haves
- Coursework or hands-on experience with Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or similar editing software.
- Interest in financial services, fintech, or enterprise SaaS products.
- Experience with instructional design principles or e-learning content development.
