Responsibilities
- Document system features for all products in Online Help and monthly release overviews, coordinating reviews with Product and Engineering.
- Write client-facing external bug-fix release notes for monthly releases, coordinating reviews with Engineering and QA.
- Produce and maintain client upgrade documentation packages for individual client environments, coordinating with Client Delivery.
- Write and produce the internal monthly newsletter.
- Provide internal writing support for special projects across the company.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience writing technical documentation for software products.
- Experience with single-source documentation authoring tools such as MadCap Flare.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and research skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with financial software or fintech.
- Experience using AI tools for research.
- Familiarity with basic investing principles.
- Familiarity with software development and testing processes.
- Familiarity with source control and issue-tracking systems such as Jira, GitHub, and Confluence.
- Experience scripting and building training videos.
Compensation
- Base salary range: $65,000–$75,000 USD.
- Benefits include company-paid medical premiums, paid time off, and other variable compensation where eligible.
