Responsibilities
- Own impactful infrastructure problems from inception and architecture through production launch.
- Write thoughtful design documents and robust, high-quality, well-tested code.
- Collaborate with a strong team to identify and prioritize impactful roadmap projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and learn from experienced engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience working on infrastructure for distributed systems or cloud-native applications.
- Strong coding skills in languages such as Go, Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience designing for reliability and scale and writing well-tested components.
- Customer-focused, collaborative approach in a cross-functional environment.
- Proactive attitude toward leading, learning, troubleshooting, and taking ownership of tasks and features.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with cloud-native development practices in GCP, AWS, or Azure.
