Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Customer Account Directors managing AlertMedia’s largest strategic customers.
- Drive expansion revenue, customer retention, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR).
- Coach account directors on executive customer engagements, Executive Business Reviews, strategic account planning, negotiations, expansion opportunities, and multi-year renewals.
- Review forecast accuracy, pipeline health, customer health, renewal strategy, and expansion opportunities.
- Create coaching and career development plans; recruit, onboard, develop, and retain high-performing account directors.
- Partner with Customer Success, Renewals, Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Finance, Pricing & Contracts, and executive stakeholders.
- Use Salesforce, Gong, and other technologies to improve execution and forecasting.
- Deliver forecasts, pipeline updates, and business insights to the VP of Account Management.
- Build trusted executive relationships with enterprise customers and travel approximately 20–25%.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales or account management experience supporting large, complex organizations.
- 3–5+ years leading enterprise account managers, strategic account managers, or enterprise customer account directors.
- Experience serving Fortune 1000 or similarly complex enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated success with expansion ARR, NRR, GRR, and customer retention.
- Experience with executive business reviews, complex expansion opportunities, multi-year renewals, pricing negotiations, procurement processes, and contract strategy.
- Strong executive presence, coaching, leadership, cross-functional collaboration, forecasting, and pipeline-management skills.
- Experience developing strategic account plans, identifying whitespace opportunities, increasing product adoption, and driving customer growth.

- Austin-based candidates able to work a hybrid schedule.
