Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager owns positioning, messaging, customer and competitive insights, and sales enablement for product bets in a B2B SaaS environment. The role partners cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Sales, and Customer teams to drive adoption, pipeline, win rates, and post-launch performance.

Responsibilities

Product Bet Ownership

  • Partner with the GTM Lead to support end-to-end go-to-market strategy for assigned product bets.
  • Own positioning, messaging, and market insight inputs that shape go-to-market direction and execution.
  • Collaborate on defining success metrics, including pipeline, adoption, expansion, and usage, and contribute to achieving them.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on the product bet across internal teams.
  • Provide ongoing insights and recommendations to optimize product-bet performance after launch.

Cross-Functional GTM Leadership

  • Partner with the GTM Lead to align strategy, priorities, and execution plans for each product bet.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams to ensure consistent and effective execution.
  • Influence the product roadmap with market, customer, and competitive insights.
  • Support integrated campaign development by ensuring messaging and positioning are clearly defined and actionable.
  • Connect teams so the voice of the customer and market is reflected in go-to-market decisions.

Sales and Revenue Enablement

  • Develop and deliver enablement that drives deal velocity and win rates.
  • Translate positioning into practical sales narratives, objection handling, and competitive differentiation.
  • Gather feedback from Sales and iterate on enablement based on in-market performance.
  • Ensure enablement aligns with broader go-to-market strategy and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong positioning and storytelling skills, translating product capabilities into clear customer value.
  • Ability to generate and apply customer, market, and competitive insights to shape go-to-market strategy.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills, especially with GTM Leads and Product teams.
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of how messaging and enablement affect pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience developing sales enablement that improves win rates and deal velocity.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Data-driven and analytical approach to measuring impact and iterating based on results.
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools to scale research, content, and execution while maintaining quality.
  • Strong ownership and adaptability in a fast-evolving go-to-market environment.
