Responsibilities
- Define and run the company-wide OKR system, tracking and reporting key results weekly.
- Own cross-team dependencies and the critical path across autonomy, hardware, and field operations.
- Drive autonomy programs spanning data, model development, simulation, and QA.
- Drive hardware programs across design, manufacturing, assembly, and validation.
- Own triage and closure of field issues from deployed units, focusing on time to resolution.
- Maintain delivery visibility across Asana and the hardware design tracking system.
- Build the weekly delivery cadence and reporting that supports executive coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, a related field, or an MBA.
- 8+ years of technical program or engineering program management experience, including hardware or robotics programs.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs involving mechanical, electrical, embedded, and autonomy teams.
- Fluency in autonomy delivery and hardware processes including long lead times, BOMs, design freezes, and manufacturing dependencies.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to build a program function from the ground up.
- Excellent written communication and judgment about escalation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or another Physical AI domain.
- Hands-on exposure to hardware manufacturing and assembly at an early-stage company.
