Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders to define release metrics and maintain source-of-truth dashboards, Commerce-specific views, and visibility into customer blockers and risks.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to improve activation, retention, and sentiment.
- Translate Commerce priorities into structured programs with clear owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Contribute to quarterly and annual Commerce planning.
- Establish and run operational cadences, including reviews, stand-ups, and post-mortems, to maintain alignment and accountability.
- Present progress and program updates to senior leadership and internal customers.
- Track release cycles and critical programs end to end across the software development lifecycle.
- Develop customer stories and feedback loops connecting customers and internal stakeholders back to the development lifecycle.
- Improve release predictability, mitigate committed risks, and provide management visibility.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of total experience, including significant experience in release management, product analytics, or risk management at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- 3–5 years of experience working on cross-functional programs and mentoring team members.
- Experience partnering with Product Management and/or Customer Success on customer experience, adoption, or retention programs.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with comfort using funnels, cohorts, retention metrics, experimentation, and self-serve SQL/BI analysis.
- Experience interpreting customer research, surveys, interviews, and support insights.
- Ability to plan strategically while driving execution and process improvement.
- Excellent program management skills, including structuring ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and delivering outcomes.
- Highly influential communication and presentation skills, including the ability to drive change without authority and communicate with senior leadership.
- Systems-oriented approach to building scalable frameworks, processes, and feedback loops.
