Key Responsibilities

  • Bridge to Deployments: Link Product Engineering and Deployment teams; enable on new features, manage technical feedback loops, ensure successful releases.
  • GTM & Commercial Enablement: Drive technical enablement, support Product-Led Sales, refine pricing structures.
  • Metrics & Measurement: Define and track product/company metrics; work with raw data for optimization.
  • Data Labeling Operations: Coordinate in-house labelers and external agencies for high-quality training data across voice, reasoning, and coding agents.

  • Balance strategic work and hands-on execution.
