Key Responsibilities
- Bridge to Deployments: Link Product Engineering and Deployment teams; enable on new features, manage technical feedback loops, ensure successful releases.
- GTM & Commercial Enablement: Drive technical enablement, support Product-Led Sales, refine pricing structures.
- Metrics & Measurement: Define and track product/company metrics; work with raw data for optimization.
- Data Labeling Operations: Coordinate in-house labelers and external agencies for high-quality training data across voice, reasoning, and coding agents.

- Technical operator with literacy in APIs, data structures, engineering constraints.
- Cross-functional translator aligning engineering, sales, and operations.
- Disciplined, systems-oriented builder of documentation, dashboards, automations.
- Impact-driven fixer comfortable with spreadsheets, code, strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years in technical/operations role (e.g., Product Operations, Solutions Engineering, Technical Program Management).
- Strong analytical & technical aptitude.
- Experience in multi-stakeholder environments interfacing Engineering and Commercial teams.
- Balance strategic work and hands-on execution.
