Product Operations Manager | Housing
Own product operations for enterprise housing products, translating requirements into workflows, coordinating launches and implementations, and driving post-launch improvement. The role requires strong cross-functional execution, documentation, analytical judgment, and customer feedback synthesis.

Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements into clear, buildable workflows using specifications, diagrams, and edge-case definitions.
- Conduct discovery sessions with new clients to understand needs and requirements.
- Drive launch readiness and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders through releases.
- Own enterprise implementation readiness, including migrations, permissions, templates, and configurations.
- Lead post-launch follow-through to identify, resolve, and learn from issues.
- Synthesize customer feedback from call snippets, Datadog, support tickets, surveys, and other channels to drive product improvements.
- Build and scale product operations processes, including monitoring, issue resolution, and ongoing support operations.
- Manage product compliance requirements and collaborate with Legal on regulatory and policy initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in product operations, management consulting, or related operational roles in high-growth technology companies.
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments.
- Strong written communication skills, including specifications and process documentation.
- High attention to detail with strong ownership and follow-through.
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $150,000–$220,000.
