Senior Cyber Security Consultant supporting customers across the METNA region from pre-sales through long-term adoption. The role combines technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, cybersecurity program development, executive engagement, and customer advisory work.

Responsibilities
- Define prospective customers’ technical requirements and use cases, aligning the platform’s technical and business value proposition.
- Partner with Enterprise Sales to deliver solution demonstrations, manage proof-of-concepts, and secure technical wins.
- Advise customers throughout the technical sales cycle by building cyber skills programs, facilitating crisis simulations, and measuring organizational risk.
- Build relationships with strategic customers and help achieve business objectives, cybersecurity initiatives, and desired outcomes.
- Establish strategies and roadmaps for cyber workforce resilience using a programmatic approach.
- Deliver Executive Business Reviews and provide executive-level reports and insights.
- Recommend improvements to existing cybersecurity programs and suggest new programs.
- Drive adoption and maximize the value of the platform, including through platform metrics, custom reports, and insights.
- Support customers in operationalizing and sustainably incorporating the platform into cybersecurity programs.
- Serve as an escalation point and liaison among sales, product leadership, and client accounts.
- Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams as the voice of the customer.
- Stay informed about evolving cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an information security practitioner or solution consulting role, including pre-sales experience.
- Extensive experience in client-facing consulting and presentations for C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals, including computer hardware and software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
- Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in jargon-free language.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, security tools, public cloud environments, and related technologies.
- Experience leading technical presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
- Customer Success experience.
- CISSP or another industry cybersecurity qualification.
