Senior Product Manager, Originations
Own end-to-end product for AI origination agents at a YC-backed fintech. Partner with customers and AI engineers on roadmap, deployments, adoption, evals, and autonomy decisions for mortgage/lending vertical. Requires 4+ years PM experience and hands-on LLM work.
About the job
Responsibilities
- Own the originations product line end to end — roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for both of our AI origination agents.
- Work directly with AI engineers on failure modes, eval criteria, and the judgment calls of autonomy — when the agent acts, when it asks, when it escalates.
- Own deployments of your product: project-manage post-sale implementations, drive customer adoption, and be the reason the exec sponsor's rollout worked.
- Close the loop from field reality back into the roadmap.
- Own originations product marketing: positioning, demo narrative, case studies from live deployments.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product management, or equivalent ownership as a founder, engagement manager, or operator who shipped real product.
- Built with LLMs hands-on — you can write and critique prompts, reason about evals, and engage engineers on how, not just what.
- A metrics habit: every claim you make about your product traces to instrumentation you made sure existed.
- Owned customer-facing outcomes, not just internal roadmaps — deployments, implementations, or embedded work with enterprise customers.
- Write persuasively enough that an EVP forwards it internally.
- Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape the solution as much as you build it.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in mortgage, lending, or another regulated industry.
