Sales Strategy & Operations Manager
Partners with North America Sales leaders to run forecasting, pipeline management, planning, reporting, and strategic operations. Requires 5+ years in revenue or sales operations, expert Salesforce and BI skills, strong analytical ability, and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated Strategy & Operations partner to North America Sales leaders and their teams.
- Run weekly forecast, pipeline inspection, and deal-review cadences; ensure accurate, risk-adjusted rollups for leadership reviews.
- Monitor pipeline coverage, stage progression, qualification rigor, aging, and slippage; partner with sales leaders and Account Executives on corrective actions.
- Support territory, quota, capacity, and headcount planning; model coverage scenarios and translate them into executable plans.
- Build recurring reporting packages, scorecards, QBR narratives, and leadership dashboards using Salesforce and internal tools.
- Use AI GTM capabilities and agentic workflows to automate reporting, accelerate deal and pipeline inspection, and enable self-service analytics.
- Lead strategic initiatives and planning workstreams from problem definition through execution and measurement.
- Collaborate with Strategy & Operations and Revenue Operations teams across Sales, BDR, Partner, and Value Engineering organizations.
- Document and improve recurring processes, operating rhythms, and reporting systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, business operations, or a related GTM strategy or analytics role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Expert Salesforce proficiency for reporting and analysis, with hands-on experience using BI tools and reporting infrastructure.
- Familiarity with AI use cases for go-to-market and operations, including agentic workflows.
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify meaningful revenue KPIs and their business implications.
- Experience partnering with B2B sales teams or directly supporting sales leaders, with demonstrated operational improvements that drove results.
- Experience running forecast and pipeline cadences and maintaining accurate dashboards, scorecards, and reporting packages.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including weekly partnership with RVP and VP-level leaders.
- Analytical and investigative mindset combining quantitative analysis with qualitative feedback.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail; able to manage recurring cadences, ad hoc requests, and ambiguity.
- Based in Raleigh or the surrounding area and able to commute to the office up to 3 days per week.
