Responsibilities
- Own the global marketing strategy for the Celonis–Oracle strategic partnership, including the annual marketing plan, campaign calendar, and investment priorities.
- Design and execute full-funnel integrated demand-generation campaigns across digital marketing, email, paid media, executive outreach, webinars, marketplace promotions, sales plays, and customer marketing.
- Connect global programs to regional priorities and pipeline in target accounts.
- Align ecosystem, marketing, sales, product marketing, customer success, communications, analyst relations, and Oracle stakeholders.
- Develop joint press, analyst briefings, thought leadership content, blogs, customer stories, and videos.
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison to Oracle’s corporate, alliance, field, product, communications, industry, and events marketing teams.
- Lead strategy and execution for Oracle events, including Oracle AI AWorld and Oracle Sales Kickoffs, and integrate Oracle into Celonis flagship events.
- Manage event messaging, executive experiences, customer speaker recruitment, booth activation, campaign integration, and post-event pipeline follow-up.
- Establish KPIs, analyze performance, and deliver quarterly business reviews with recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of enterprise B2B technology marketing experience.
- Expertise across partner marketing, field marketing, integrated campaign management, and product marketing.
- Demonstrated success leading integrated programs involving demand generation, ABM, executive marketing, events, communications, customer marketing, and digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, joint go-to-market motions, and partner program design, including “to,” “with,” and “through” partner marketing frameworks.
- Field marketing experience connecting global programs to regional pipeline objectives.
- Product marketing experience developing joint value propositions and solution messaging with product and engineering teams.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and detailed program management.
- Advanced performance-metric analysis and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and reporting platforms.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel for partner-facing activities and internal meetings.

- Experience navigating Oracle’s matrixed marketing organization.
- Existing relationships within the Oracle marketing ecosystem.
