Skills You'll Need to Bring

  • Expertise building and prototyping: experience building AI products using LLMs, embeddings and other ML technologies
  • Understand how parts of a system fit together from UI to data model
  • Familiar with relational databases like Postgres or MySQL
  • Experience building products from ground up
  • Approach problems holistically with clear understanding of context
  • Navigate ambiguity and decompose complex problems into clean solutions
  • Communicate nuanced ideas clearly and collaborate thoughtfully with engineers and cross-functional partners

Nice to Haves

  • 10+ years shipping production software with track record of owning features end-to-end
  • Proficient with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres
  • Experience driving teams toward shared goals and balancing business priorities with individual development
