About the role
What You'll Own
Onboarding Experience
Design, manage, and continuously improve a structured 90-day onboarding program for new sales team members.
Introduce new hires to sales process, product, industry, and culture.
Build resources, cheat sheets, and role-specific guides.
Coordinate with regional sales leaders.
Develop individualized coaching plans at the end of each onboarding cycle.
Sales Playbooks & Content
Create and maintain core sales content including playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, competitive briefs, and process documentation.
Ensure content is accurate, accessible, and regularly updated based on field performance.
Monthly & Ongoing Training Programs
Plan and run recurring training calendar for the full sales organization.
Deliver live sessions (remote and in-person), skill development workshops, and course-based learning.
Cover fundamentals to advanced topics.
Run the Flight School program to help sales associates advance to Sales Directors.
Learning Management System (LMS)
Manage Lessonly end-to-end: build and grade courses, track completion and performance.
Keep content library current and organized.
Training Gaps & Continuous Improvement
Identify gaps by observing sales calls, analyzing metrics, and gathering feedback.
Collaborate with sales leadership.
Implement updates to content, new programs, or process changes.
Cross-Functional Projects
Handle additional enablement projects such as new product launches, process rollouts, and cross-departmental initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in sales, sales training, or sales enablement.
Proven ability to build and manage content and programs.
Strong written communication skills to turn complex ideas into clear materials.
Comfortable owning projects from inception to execution with minimal oversight.
Experience with a Learning Management System (preferred).
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to adapt to different learning styles and personality types.

Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person training.
Owns creation of sales enablement collateral, battlecards, white papers, and competitive positioning to support sales deals and product launches. Translates technical capabilities into compelling narratives for CTOs, CISOs, and compliance leads in B2B SaaS cybersecurity. Requires 3-6+ years product marketing experience.
