Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition
The Enterprise Account Executive will formulate and execute territory sales strategies, prospect technical and executive stakeholders, and close complex enterprise technology deals. The role requires 8+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience, strong new-account expansion skills, and a hybrid schedule in Melbourne.

Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a sales strategy within an assigned territory to drive revenue growth.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline.
- Prospect strategically into CTOs, engineering and IT leaders, and technical end users.
- Build strong relationships that generate growth opportunities.
- Partner with Solution Architects and collaborate with Professional Services and Customer Success to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Work with enterprise ecosystem and channel partners to maximize deal sizes.
- Participate in sales enablement training, including Sales Bootcamp, sales methodology training, and leadership and development programs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of field experience in quota-carrying sales in a fast-paced, competitive market, focused on expanding new accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to sell into new lines of business within existing accounts and manage complex sales processes.
- Proven record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Skill in building business champions.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to attend the office three days per week.
- Driven, competitive, and strongly motivated to succeed.
- Previous sales methodology training, such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
