Senior Manager, Financial Analysis
Leads top-line budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic analysis for a high-growth SaaS business. The role partners with go-to-market and cross-functional leaders, oversees performance reporting, supports major strategic initiatives, and manages the development of financial analysts.

Responsibilities
- Build, improve, and maintain complex financial models for revenue, ARR, backlog, net dollar retention, LTV, and CAC.
- Monitor and communicate key performance indicators to business leaders and the board.
- Provide data-driven analysis and action plans to go-to-market leaders.
- Improve processes across FP&A, accounting, revenue operations, and business operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality, analytics capabilities, and self-service reporting.
- Automate analyses and forecasts in BI tools for scalable, real-time reporting.
- Support strategic initiatives, including M&A evaluation and capital raises, with financial modeling and diligence.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop financial analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance at a high-growth technology or VC-backed company.
- At least 3 years of people management experience.
- Extensive financial modeling experience and a record of driving process improvements.
- High proficiency in financial systems, ERP and planning/reporting tools, Excel, and AI-enabled analytics platforms.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Curiosity and a desire to understand the business deeply.
- Commitment to ethical leadership and continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
- MBA or CPA.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, and other AI tools.
Compensation
- Salary range: $170,000–$195,000.
