The Senior Finance Manager will guide complex deal strategy, forecasting, pricing, and contract economics while partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. The role requires 7+ years of finance experience, transactional finance expertise, and strong financial modeling and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to shape growth strategy and evaluate trade-offs.
- Develop strategic forecasts for complex deals.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Balance short-term efficiency with long-term business impact.
- Present recommendations to cross-functional and executive audiences.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, FP&A, or commercial finance.
- At least 2 years of transactional finance experience, such as corporate development, deal desk, private equity, or investment banking.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong command of financial modeling, pricing analysis, and contract economics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Healthcare industry or relevant consulting experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with contracting vehicles, payor dynamics, EAP, or value-based models.
- Experience in a high-growth, marketplace, or scaling environment.
- Experience partnering with Marketing, Revenue Operations, or GTM teams.
