Responsibilities
- Own and grow strategic accounts: Serve as the primary point of contact for key frontier AI labs, driving retention, expansion, and long-term partnerships.
- Drive revenue growth: Identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and new use-case opportunities across existing customers.
- Lead executive relationships: Run business reviews, strategic check-ins, and commercial negotiations, including master services agreements.
- Champion the voice of the customer: Partner closely with operations, product, and engineering to ensure customer needs are met and feedback shapes the roadmap.
- Build the customer engagement function: Create account management, customer health, and expansion playbooks from the ground up.
- Operate as an early company builder: Drive cross-functional initiatives and help define how the company engages with customers as it scales.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant role; strong candidates may come from account management roles at data companies or engagement management roles in other industries.
- High agency, drive, and strong work ethic; able to thrive in ambiguity and execute with minimal direction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior AI researchers and technology industry executives.
- Competitive nature and demonstrated past success.
