Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts across EMEA, building pipeline, closing complex B2B SaaS opportunities, and driving expansion. The role requires 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, security or developer-focused buyers, and success in developing territories.

Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed revenue targets across mid-market and enterprise organizations throughout EMEA.
- Build and manage pipeline through inbound demand, outbound prospecting, partner relationships, and customer referrals.
- Own opportunities ranging from fast-moving commercial transactions to complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Create an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Partner with Customer Success to drive customer expansion, strategic account growth, and long-term customer success.
- Partner with EMEA leadership to establish repeatable processes, local market strategy, and best practices as the region scales.
- Provide market feedback to Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to influence roadmap and go-to-market decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions.
- Experience selling to security leaders, engineering leaders, platform teams, or developer-focused organizations.
- Curiosity about software development, open source, cloud infrastructure, and modern security practices.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated success building pipeline in new or developing territories through outbound prospecting, partner engagement, and relationship-driven selling.
- Experience operating in an early-stage or high-growth environment where processes, messaging, and strategy are still evolving.
- Experience navigating varied deal sizes and sales motions, from transactional commercial opportunities to complex enterprise procurement processes.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to build meaningful relationships throughout the sales process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with C-suite stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel for customer and company meetings as needed.
