Owns Marketo administration, campaign automation, lead management, data governance, and Salesforce integration while leading a small marketing operations team. The role requires 8–10 years of marketing automation experience, Marketo certification, and 2–3 years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns, advanced nurture sequences, and complex automation workflows in Marketo.
- Manage and optimize web forms, Marketo landing pages, and lead segmentation.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to marketing and sales teams.
- Own the architecture, governance, and optimization of the Marketo instance.
- Maintain and improve data hygiene between Marketo and Salesforce to ensure a seamless marketing-to-sales handoff.
- Enforce best practices for database management, GDPR compliance, and campaign tracking.
- Design, implement, and manage advanced lead-scoring models and lifecycle workflows.
- Administer and maintain the Marketo instance, including user roles, field management, webhooks, APIs, and integrations.
- Own and maintain the inbound ticketing system in partnership with the demand generation team.
- Work with marketing analytics and sales operations to ensure MQLs are properly routed, scored, and followed up.
- Provide training and documentation for campaign builds and best practices.
- Audit complex and manual campaign workflows, simplify processes, automate decision points, and reduce campaign build cycle time.
- Oversee a small team of marketing operations professionals.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of proven experience in marketing automation or marketing operations.
- 2–3 years of managerial experience.
- Marketo Certified Business Practitioner certification.
- Expert-level Marketo experience, including email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, lead scoring, automation workflows, and Marketo administration.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce or another CRM platform.
- Ability to execute campaigns accurately and improve them through reporting and feedback loops.
- Ability to troubleshoot integration issues between Marketo and Salesforce.
- Experience working with global teams and understanding regional compliance laws, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with FullCircle Insights or automated funnel-management tools.
Work Schedule
- Shift options: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM or 2:30 PM–11:30 PM.
