Responsibilities
- Own the Vanta for Government (V4G) partner strategy across Federal and SLED, including partner archetypes, tiering, coverage models, and a multi-year network plan.
- Own partner-sourced pipeline and ARR contribution, and define metrics for partner performance, health, and network coverage, including FedRAMP and CMMC delivery capacity.
- Design scalable partner programs, including certification, enablement, co-selling, market development funds, investment allocation, partner-health frameworks, and standardized agreements with Legal.
- Build and lead the V4G partnerships team, initially managing one partnerships manager and scaling the team as the segment grows.
- Partner with Global Channel & Alliances to extend the public-sector motion across MSPs, VARs, GSIs, resellers, service providers, and auditors.
- Represent the government ecosystem in product roadmap, packaging, and pricing discussions.
- Expand and diversify the partner network, onboard new firms, capture demand from large unengaged partners, and determine where to invest or exit.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing public-sector channels and/or partnerships.
- Strong network across GSIs, managed service providers, resellers, and auditors.
- Deep familiarity with Federal and SLED go-to-market motions and FedRAMP and CMMC compliance programs.
- 5+ years of people-management experience, including performance management.
- Experience owning a partner-delivered revenue target and the associated metrics and operating cadence.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and scale external partner relationships, ideally in cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance.
- Experience with systems integrators, MSPs, VARs, and audit firms.
- Strong business-development, technical/domain-credibility, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Track record of scaling partner or channel networks, diversifying partner coverage, or driving external quality programs.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
- Willingness to use AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $298,000–$351,000 USD, plus equity.
