Discovery & Advanced AI Solutioning
- Act as a Celonis product and domain positioning expert.
- Translate customer requirements and domain expertise into enterprise architecture.
- Lead technical discovery to architect, prototype, and build bespoke AI solutions for operational challenges.
AI Solution Development
- Lead end-to-end high-stakes Proof-of-Value projects.
- Architect and deliver secure, scalable LLM and agent systems with advanced RAG, tool use, and strict guardrails.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data, identity, and compliance frameworks.
Value Selling & Realization
- Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic accounts.
- Drive value realization, adoption, and operational transformation through agreed-upon outcomes.
- Present business impact and visionary AI solutions to C-suite executives.
Domain & Industry Specialization
- Apply domain expertise and cross-system, AI-driven solutioning to industry-specific end-to-end solutions.
- Codify solutions into reusable methodologies and globally scalable assets.
- Mentor junior peers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in executive-facing presales and value engineering.
- Experience owning technical closes, leading AI transformation narratives, executing Proof-of-Value projects, modeling ROI/TCO, and driving projects through achieved value.
- Comprehensive knowledge of operational workflows and industry landscapes, such as supply chain and finance.
- Advanced architecture expertise in LLM orchestration, tool use/function calling, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, prompt engineering, and enterprise agentic patterns.
- Expert practical application of linear and nonlinear optimization, statistical analysis, reinforcement learning, and predictive forecasting.
- Experience designing production ML/LLMOps deployment architectures and reliability standards across AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, and Google Cloud Vertex AI.
- Python proficiency, modular API design, reusable library development, advanced SQL, and scalable data integration.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost, and Hugging Face.
- Ability to architect secure enterprise cloud environments and follow IAM, data governance, privacy, and security standards.
- Strong presentation skills for executive stakeholders, including whiteboarding sessions, formal readouts, and product demonstrations.
- Flawless English and exceptional executive presence.
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
