Senior Product Analyst, Consumer
The Senior Product Analyst will guide consumer product decisions through KPI reporting, experimentation, forecasting, root-cause analysis, and analytics tooling. The role requires 5+ years in product analytics, data science, or experimentation, plus strong SQL/Python and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Support the Consumer Product team with KPI reporting, OKR setting, and regular product reviews.
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests across the consumer app, including test plans, power calculations, and experiment swimlanes.
- Shape the product roadmap through exploratory analysis and hypothesis generation grounded in growth objectives.
- Conduct root-cause investigations and pre/post analyses to understand user behavior and product performance.
- Contribute to forecasting by estimating and measuring the revenue impact of product initiatives.
- Build dashboards and data products for user journeys and product KPIs.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define, QA, and document events and properties for product analytics, experimentation, and monitoring.
- Create foundational data models for analysis, monitoring, and investigation of product flows and funnels.
- Use AI tools to design, automate, and improve workflows across experimentation, analysis, forecasting, and planning while applying human judgment.
- Help scale experimentation and analytics best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or experimentation, ideally within a cross-functional product team.
- Ability to partner with business stakeholders, influence roadmaps, and support data-driven decisions.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and/or Python for analyzing large datasets.
- Experience with Snowflake.
- Comfort with data visualization tools such as Looker and Hex.
- Familiarity with event-based product analytics and defining meaningful events and properties.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining statistical results to non-technical audiences.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment while balancing rigor and speed.
- Collaborative, low-ego working style.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Figma, Segment, and Mixpanel.
- Experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests, including power analysis, user bucketing, and success metrics.
- Experience with Optimizely.
- Curiosity about AI tools and agentic workflows; experience with Claude is relevant.
- Strong perspective on experimentation strategy, growth, and product intuition.
Compensation and Benefits
- Tier 1 base salary: $145,000–$175,000 for NYC.
- Tier 2 base salary: $130,000–$160,000 for Austin, Chicago, and Washington, DC.
