Responsibilities
- Conduct deep, prioritized analyses that inform high-impact financial decisions.
- Partner technically with FP&A, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and other teams.
- Automate recurring deliverables and scale analytical workflows.
- Build self-service dashboards and data assets that surface trends and support decision-making.
- Partner with Data Engineering and analytics teams to improve analytics infrastructure and democratize access to high-quality data and insights.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis or an equivalent function.
- Strong SQL proficiency and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Sigma.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder relationship-building.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex insights to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Informatics, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Nice-to-haves
- Exposure to FP&A, Accounting, or SaaS metrics.
- Familiarity with dbt.
- Python skills for advanced analysis.
- Curiosity and sound judgment in using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $133,000–$156,000 annually.
