Customer Success Engineer, Spanish Speaking
This customer-facing engineer partners with Customer Success Managers to design and implement technical solutions for enterprise customers, while creating reusable assets that accelerate value across accounts. The role requires 6–8+ years of technical experience, strong API and DevOps knowledge, hands-on scripting skills, and fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to translate business objectives into technical implementation paths.
- Unblock customers with setup issues and complex architectural challenges while identifying patterns and building reusable solutions.
- Conduct technical discovery across customer technology stacks and design production-ready implementation paths.
- Build reusable technical guides, templates, scripts, automation tools, and reference implementations.
- Capture customer challenges, propose interim solutions, and document product gaps for roadmap discussions.
- Design pragmatic workarounds, custom scripts, and integrations when out-of-the-box functionality is insufficient.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- A portfolio of built technical solutions.
- Strong foundation in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent real-world experience.
- Experience with JavaScript and related technologies such as Node.js or TypeScript, or equivalent experience with other modern scripting languages.
- Deep understanding of APIs, developer workflows, and modern DevOps practices.
- Ability to scope ambiguous problems and deliver working solutions quickly.
- Experience building scalable technical collateral, including scripts, templates, and automation tools.
- Comfort engaging individual developers and enterprise architects.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Familiarity with Postman and the broader developer toolchain, including GitHub, AWS, Azure, and other pipelines.
- Understanding of how enterprises build and ship software.
