Responsibilities
Customer Success and Adoption
- Build relationships with assigned enterprise customers, understand their technical landscapes, priorities, and success criteria.
- Drive product adoption and operational maturity by aligning Docker capabilities with customer objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct regular technical and business reviews to demonstrate value realization and identify growth opportunities.
- Anticipate risks and blockers and develop mitigation plans with customers and internal teams.
Technical Engagement and Collaboration
- Serve as the primary post-sales technical contact and customer advocate, connecting feedback to Product, Engineering, and Support.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers on handoffs from pre-sales through onboarding and ongoing success.
- Create reusable best practices, reference architectures, and technical playbooks.
- Provide proactive guidance on containerization, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and developer productivity trends.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain documentation of customer engagements, health status, and progress toward success metrics.
- Contribute to standardized processes for onboarding, health reviews, and renewals.
- Support scalable initiatives such as one-to-many workshops and digital enablement programs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, DevOps Consultant, or Customer Engineer.
- Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native development practices.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes and drive measurable customer value.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to identify patterns and build long-term strategies beyond point solutions.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a global, distributed organization.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with developer-first platforms or product-led growth models.
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure or agent-based development platforms.
- Post-sales or lifecycle-management experience at an infrastructure or SaaS company.
Compensation
- Canada: CA$201,600–CA$288,000 OTE plus equity.
- United States: $139,125–$198,750 OTE plus equity.
- Technology stipend equivalent to US$100 net per month.
- Equity for full-time employees.
