Responsibilities
- Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision-makers to understand business objectives and identify optimization and expansion opportunities.
- Become an expert in Anthropic products, including the API, Claude Code, and Claude for Enterprise, and guide customers on appropriate solutions and best practices.
- Drive usage planning across consumption-based and seat-based products, connecting adoption to realized customer value.
- Monitor usage patterns, identify optimization opportunities, and proactively address underutilization.
- Communicate product roadmaps, raise awareness of new products, and engage Product Managers as needed.
- Document and quantify customer value through business outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics.
- Identify new use cases and lines of business, partnering with customers and Sales to expand Claude adoption.
- Develop and execute change-management strategies, including Train the Trainer programs, Centers of Excellence, and organizational enablement.
- Own the customer experience across the lifecycle through account and success plans, Quarterly Business Reviews, and customer advocacy.
- Develop scalable engagement strategies and playbooks for the Industry portfolio.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in telecommunications, media, retail, industrial, or business-services environments.
- Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns.
- Experience supporting both consumption-based and seat-based business models.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into expansion plans.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts, build strong relationships, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Passion for AI and responsible development of advanced systems.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Compensation
- Annual compensation range: $200,000–$265,000 USD.
- For sales roles, compensation ranges may include base salary and target commissions or bonuses; this role's listed range is provided as annual salary.
