Technical Account Manager

Technical Account Manager serving strategic clients as a hands-on technical advisor and relationship manager. The role requires 7+ years in customer-facing technical work, cloud and Kubernetes expertise, Linux administration, and strong pre- and post-sales communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers and internal account teams to identify priorities and develop engagement plans.
  • Manage project milestones with Customer Success Managers and clients; contribute to deliverables, provide status updates, and mitigate risks.
  • Serve as the central source of client technical information and contribute to account strategy.
  • Support Field Engineering through documentation, process improvements, and knowledge sharing.
  • Advise client teams and provide hands-on support for platform architecture, deployment, operations, upgrades, usage best practices, security, data management, compute resources, MLOps, monitoring, and scaling.
  • Assist with system integrations and troubleshoot technical challenges.
  • Capture customer feedback and feature requests for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Advise technology leaders on complementary technologies and long-term technical strategy.
  • Support advanced use cases involving edge computing, deep learning, and MLOps.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Native or bilingual English proficiency.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
  • Experience with both pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
  • Proficiency in Linux system administration, including networking.
  • Experience with identity and access management tools such as LDAP, Kerberos, Active Directory, and IAM.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Hands-on Kubernetes experience, including setup, administration, troubleshooting, and tuning.
  • Familiarity with Hadoop and/or Spark.

Nice-to-haves

  • Python experience.
  • Data science knowledge.
  • Basic Java knowledge.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
