About the role

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and generate qualified pipeline through cold calls, email sequences, and social outreach
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identifying fit and urgency before passing to Account Executives
  • Build relationships with high-producing agents and brokerage leaders across the country
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly activity and pipeline targets
  • Learn the real estate technology landscape and become a trusted resource for prospects early in the sales cycle
  • Collaborate closely with AEs, marketing, and sales leadership to sharpen messaging and improve conversion

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 1+ years in a lead generation, SDR, or outbound sales role using phone, email, or social selling. Or, if you’re earlier in your career, a strong desire to break into tech sales and the work ethic to back it up.
  • BA/BS degree preferred but not required
  • Real estate industry experience is a plus
