Senior Product Marketing Manager

Owns go-to-market strategy, positioning, launches, and adoption for new consumer products and features. The role partners with product, design, and data teams and requires 5+ years of B2C product marketing experience, strong cross-functional influence, and a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy for assigned product areas, including segmentation, cross-functional alignment, and quarterly and annual planning.
  • Lead user, industry, and competitive research to identify opportunities and sharpen go-to-market strategy.
  • Own positioning and messaging, ensuring differentiation across segments and alignment with company vision.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Product Designers, and Data & Analytics throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Bring customer, competitive, and market insights into roadmap discussions, influence product direction, and shape user experiences.
  • Drive feature adoption through appropriate marketing channels, partnerships, and go-to-market motions.
  • Measure go-to-market effectiveness across launches and adoption campaigns, identify gaps, and lead iterative improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2C within high-growth companies.
  • Experience bringing new products or features from 0-to-1, including positioning, go-to-market strategy, and process development.
  • Experience launching new products, business lines, or customer experiences from concept through adoption.
  • Experience with consumer subscription products, mobile applications, creator or community platforms, sports technology, or other consumer technology businesses.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate user insights, market context, and product vision into positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
  • Strong communication, executive presence, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build trust and manage cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure in evolving product areas or emerging business lines.
  • Data-informed and curious, with experience using customer insights, experimentation, and performance metrics to refine strategy and drive adoption.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Target salary range: $140,000–$160,000.
  • Total compensation includes incentive compensation, equity, and benefits for eligible roles.
