Manages complex enterprise RFP and bid pursuits from qualification through submission, coordinating cross-functional contributors and shaping winning responses. Responsibilities
- Own strategic enterprise pursuits in the region from qualification through submission.
- Decode evaluator requirements and shape response strategy with account teams.
- Coordinate contributions across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security.
- Drive submissions to a high quality bar and meet hard deadlines.
- Run pursuits through an AI-first system and improve it with each cycle.
- Systematize repeated work into templates, content, and processes for company-wide use.
Requirements
- Track record managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses end-to-end, ideally at a technology company.
- Fluency using AI in daily work and experience shipping internal tooling or workflows, or partnering closely with engineers to build them.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, including turning technical and commercial input into clear, compliant, persuasive responses.
- Strong project management skills under deadline pressure, coordinating contributors, review cycles, and sign-offs across functions and time zones.
- Commercial judgment to interpret scoring criteria, identify differentiators, and assess whether pursuits are worth pursuing.
