Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact partners; lead negotiations and close large-scale partnership deals and product integrations.
- Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to design seamless, valuable partnership experiences and position them in the market.
- Deliver measurable results in lead generation, seller acquisition, and pipeline contribution through strategic partnerships.
- Launch partnerships with go-to-market plans, co-marketing initiatives, and integrated roadmaps.
- Build and sustain senior-level partner relationships to create long-term mutual value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Legal.
- Define and track partnership KPIs, adjusting strategy and tactics to drive continuous growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and/or product partnerships, with demonstrated progression in scope and impact.
- Hands-on experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing large-scale partnerships and product integrations.
- Strong collaboration skills with Product Marketing, including experience shaping partner positioning, co-marketing, and go-to-market narratives.
- Ability to connect partnership strategy to measurable seller acquisition and revenue outcomes.
- Experience working cross-functionally with a broad range of teams.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, including executive-level engagement.
