Responsibilities
- Triage, prioritize, and answer system, process, and data queries from the Product Sales team and cross-functional teams.
- Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly Rhythm of Business reviews.
- Build reports and dashboards using SQL, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Tableau, Salesforce, and internal systems.
- Ensure data quality and accurate downstream reporting.
- Design and operationalize improvements to systems, tools, and processes.
- Investigate and analyze system and operational issues cross-functionally.
- Document business requirements and user stories.
- Create user-friendly documentation and enablement materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business operations, data science, investment banking, management consulting, or business analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving business problems.
- Experience working with large, imperfect datasets and creating scalable reports, dashboards, or ad hoc analyses.
- Advanced SQL and Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills.
- Knowledge of sales data, including customer accounts, opportunities, and revenue.
- Experience using Salesforce as a user and report developer.
- Clear, proactive, and concise communication.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience gathering business requirements and documenting user stories.
- Beginner to intermediate Tableau data visualization skills.
- Coding experience with Python, React, JavaScript, and Plotly.
- Payments or SaaS/technology industry experience.
