Account Executive
The Account Executive sources, qualifies, and closes restaurant partnerships while managing the sales pipeline and coordinating launches with internal teams. The role requires at least five years of quota-carrying sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, and familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities
- Source, qualify, and close new restaurant partners to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Maintain a consistent level of activity to keep a full pipeline, including reviewing old leads and lost opportunities for potential re-engagement.
- Act as a trusted partner and subject matter expert to prospects and customers.
- Work closely with the Onboarding Team to ensure smooth launches for new restaurant partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and demand generation to refine the acquisition approach.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners to secure future leads and referrals.
- Accurately track and update deals and communications in Salesforce in real time.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quota-exceeding sales role, preferably in Hospitality, FinTech, or SaaS.
- Hunter mentality with solid sales and business acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Extensive customer network.
- Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.
- Candidates must reside in the Chicago area.
- Willingness to conduct up to 3 days per week of in-market activities, such as drop-ins and door knocking, based on business needs.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% outside the primary market.
Nice-to-Haves
- 10+ years of experience in a quota-exceeding sales role, preferably in Hospitality, FinTech, or SaaS.
- Experience working with restaurants or food-related entities or clients.
- Experience in a startup environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- $100,000 base salary plus $60,000 OTE, uncapped.
