Field & Events Marketing Specialist
Supports webinars, account-based marketing programs, field initiatives, and in-person events from planning through reporting. The role requires at least two years of relevant experience, strong project coordination and communication skills, and comfort working with marketing, sales, vendors, and multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute webinars, digital panels, workshops, online experiences, regional field marketing programs, and in-person events.
- Manage webinar timelines, registration, speaker coordination, audience communications, platform setup, run-of-show documentation, and post-event follow-up.
- Support account-based marketing programs through account-list coordination, campaign logistics, meeting preparation, outreach, attendee and account follow-up, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Field Programs and ABM, Marketing, Sales, Account Executives, SDRs, vendors, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Provide pre-event and onsite support, including venue coordination, registration, attendee experience, materials, swag, catering, vendors, and day-of logistics.
- Maintain event calendars, project plans, budgets, status trackers, vendor communications, purchase-order and invoice documentation, and program files.
- Support scheduling, meeting preparation, notes, action-item tracking, team communications, and broader marketing initiatives.
- Track attendance, engagement, account activity, follow-up actions, and program performance; support reporting on results.
- Maintain accurate program and attendee information in marketing and CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency and stakeholder experiences.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, account-based marketing, webinar production, program coordination, marketing operations, sales, or a related field.
- Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, field marketing programs, or in-person events.
- Exposure to account-based marketing concepts and sales-aligned marketing execution.
- Strong organizational, project-management, administrative, and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external vendors.
- Willingness to support onsite events and travel as needed.
