Responsibilities
- Own the AWS gaming segment strategy and roadmap.
- Manage relationships with AWS’s gaming team, including GameLift, gaming ISV and partner organizations, and gaming-focused AWS solutions architects.
- Drive partnerships with gaming-focused systems integrators, including technical gap analyses for Unity, Unreal, and Godot SDK coverage, agreement negotiations, and joint go-to-market plans.
- Build and run co-sell pipeline with AWS gaming account teams through ACE.
- Identify and close gaps in Supabase’s gaming product positioning, including SDK support, real-time and multiplayer patterns, and feature parity.
- Represent the gaming motion in AWS SCA and funding discussions, providing supporting data and investment narratives.
- Partner with product marketing on gaming content, case studies, and launch narratives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development, ideally with AWS or another hyperscaler.
- Experience working with or in the gaming industry, including studios, publishers, gaming-focused ISVs, or systems integrators, preferred.
- Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder partner relationships across SI partners, hyperscaler field teams, and internal product and engineering teams.
- Ability to understand SDK gaps, integration patterns, and technical go-to-market narratives well enough to work credibly with solutions architects and engineers; coding is not required.
- Strong program management skills, including gap analyses, joint plans, quarterly business reviews, and pipeline tracking.
- Proven ability to execute co-marketing and co-sell initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Understanding of partner attribution and reporting.
- High autonomy, external credibility, and ability to independently lead workstreams and partner discussions.
