Responsibilities
- Lead Implementations: Manage onboarding from setup through integration and launch for new customers.
- Integrate & Automate: Own integrations with platforms like Netsuite, SAP, Salesforce, and other ERPs; write scripts, build automations, and develop custom solutions as needed.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Sales and Customer Success to deliver a seamless technical customer journey.
- Drive Process Improvements: Identify and fix inefficiencies in our deployment workflows.
- Influence the Product: Provide real-world feedback to the product team to help shape the roadmap.
- Support Scale: Build technical documentation and internal tools to make customer deployment faster and easier.
- Be in the Field: Travel to client sites to meet customers, deploy solutions, and build relationships.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Implementations Engineer, FDE).
- Fluent in Python.
- Skilled with modern integration technologies (APIs, ETL/ELT, enterprise auth).
- Take ownership and have a bias toward building and improving.
- Experience working with sales teams in both pre- and post-sales contexts.
- Worked in startups or high-growth environments.
