Responsibilities
- Design and build the core computation engine powering the business planning platform.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to define, develop, and deliver valuable features.
- Optimize the performance and scalability of systems processing large-scale data in real time.
- Monitor and improve the reliability, maintainability, and test coverage of backend services.
- Contribute to backend architecture and technical decision-making.
- Promote clean code, strong documentation, and modern engineering practices.

Requirements
- Professional software engineering experience working on production systems.
- Ability to design object-oriented software using languages such as C#, Java, C++, Golang, Rust, Python, or Ruby.
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
- Fluent English; French is not required.
