- Build the systems, data infrastructure, and processes needed to support rapid growth.
- Treat internal operations like a product, using AI and automation to improve how the company works.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, including market expansion and new business opportunities.
- Optimize supply and demand through forecasting, capacity planning, staffing, utilization, and economics.
- Own company planning rhythms, including annual and quarterly planning, internal communications, business reviews, and Board preparation.
- Build and lead the Business Operations and Analytics team while remaining hands-on.

- Experience scaling a high-growth business and building the systems and infrastructure required during rapid growth.
- Exceptional analytical and technical rigor, with strong quantitative skills and understanding of data and systems.
- Ability to build rigorous models from messy inputs.
